Can I add different sizes of delivery boxes to my Starter Set?


Absolutely! You may select the desired Starter Set that fits your needs from the Starter Sets menu. Once that is completed, simply go to the Delivery Boxes Menu and choose the additional delivery boxes you need to your order. For Starter Set orders, you do not need to purchase extra design service for the additional delivery box sizes as long as you would like us to use the same artwork on all the boxes. If you would like a unique design for each delivery box size, you must choose to include a design service onto the additional delivery boxes.




Can I add more food trays to my Starter Set?


Yes! You can certainly add more food trays to your Starter Set order. All of the options are conveniently located in the Order Now page for you to shop freely. Once you choose your desired Starter Set, just simply add more food trays onto your order before check-out.




Which Starter Set is right for me?


All of them! We do however recommend you to look into what your customers order, what your monthly food delivery/take-out volume is like, and how you plan to utilize our packaging system. The Pac & Go Food Packaging System offers three starter sets for you to choose from depending on the size of the delivery boxes that will fit your needs. Two-Course Starter Set which includes:

  • 1 CiMirco Heat Tray Sealer,

  • 630 Recyclable CPET Food Trays
  • 500 Small Delivery Boxes with Grosgrain Ribbon Handles (fits up to two food trays)

What is included in your design service?


A great way to make your brand stand out! All Pac & Go Food Packaging System Starter Sets include 10 hours of graphic packaging design service with an option to increase the design hours as you please.




I have recieved the printed box sample to approve but I want another revision.


If you require further revisions is required outside your purchased design service, an additional design fee of C$125.00 per hour will accrue and along with a C$50.00 per printed sample you require. A separate invoice will be sent to you for all the additional services and must be paid in full prior to the delivery of your order. At the end of the day, if that’s what it takes to get that perfect design you love - it’s all worth the work!

Can I receive the working file (Adobe Illustrator) of the delivery box artwork?


The presentations and production-ready files will be shown and delivered to you electronically in format not limited to .PDF, .PNG and .JPEG. All PDF will be outlined and secured. We do not provide working artwork such as .AI or .EPS to avoid issues such as software version compatibility and/or copyright infringement.




Who owns the copyright of these delivery box artwork?


Except for the assets provided to Pac & Go by you, all rights for all creative services work and products, including without limitation to the final designs and all interim and/or draft designs are retained by Pac & Go.




Can you walk me through the steps of your design service?


Of course! Here is a breakdown of the design process in four phases: PHASE 1 Once you place an order that includes a design service, we will send you an email with a checklist of the things we need from you to begin. These will include your brand assets (brand standards, logos, graphics, illustrations, photographs, images, fonts, desired layouts, and the copy deck. PHASE 2 The initial design presentation will be shown electronically which will consist of digital mock-up of the design. We will ask for any feedback or any revisions you would like to see for the next presentation. PHASE 3 The revision design presentation will be provided as a physical printed sample for your approval. We will have this delivered to you. PHASE 4 Once you give the design approval, the project will proceed to printing and production. That’s it! It's that simple!





 

CUSTOM BRANDED DELIVERY BOXES

Can I add different sizes of delivery boxes to my Starter Set?

Can I have printed artwork inside the boxes?

What's the maximum weight the delivery boxes box can carry?


All Pac & Go Delivery Boxes uses high-quiality E-Flute corrugate with a Hymes-lock bottom. This means that the bottom is glued and secured, while also able to fold flat. Becuase of this, all our boxes can hold up to 18 lbs (8.1kg) and can fit up to two wine bottles.




The ribbon handles are not attached on my delivery boxes. Why?


We would like to give customers the opportunity to keep the boxes versatile to suit their needs whether it is a different delivery method, business model, and product offering. By providing the ribbon handles unattached, you now have the option to transform your delivery boxes from being shipping-ready to take-out delivery ready.




Can I choose another material for the delivery boxes?


While it may be offered in the near future - at this moment, Pac & Go. does not offer other materials for the delivery boxes due to the time it will require to test the material to ensure the safety of your products. Currently the delivery boxes are printed on E-Flute corrugate with oyster (white) outside and kraft brown inside. Are the delivery boxes reusable?


The delivery boxes are most definitely reusable! In fact, we’d encourage you to ask your customers to keep these delivery boxes to carry their everyday things and walk around town! Not only does this gesture help reduce waste to our environment, it is also a free advertisement for your company, so why not? We’d love to see your branded Pac & Go. Delivery Boxes everywhere in town.





 

SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES

How long until I get to see delivery box design concepts?


Once your order has been received, we will provide you a checklist of all the design assets we need from you. The design will only commence once we receive all the assets. If you select the 10 hours design service, you will see the design presentation in (approximately) 3 business days after we receive your design assets. For more information, all starter set and delivery box product pages outline how many concepts you will receive depending on your selected design service.




How can I cancel/change the order that has already been processed?


We would like you to buy with confidence, if you need to cancel or change the order after it is already processed within 12 hours of purchase, we would be happy to help you change the order with an admin surcharge of C$125.Please send us an email at hello@pacandgo.ca with your order number so we can make the appropriate changes. A separate invoice will be sent to you for all the additional services and must be paid in full prior to the delivery of your order. If you do not contact us within 12 hours from the time you place your order, the order would have already been processed and we will not be able to offer any refund, exchange at this point. We are happy to offer you a company credit valid for 1 year for the same amount including taxes. This credit can be used at both Pac & Go. and Arc & Co. Design Collective products and services. The company credit cannot be used with any promotions. If you would like to learn more, please view our Terms & Conditions.




How much is shipping and can I pick-up my order?


Our shipping fee is a flat rate of C$150. We offer free shipping for orders over C$7,000. We currently only serve Ontario residents. We will be looking into other levels of shipping options in the near future. You are also welcome to pick up your order at our office. You will receive an email confirmation along with the pick-up details and instructions once your order is ready. You will have 1 business day to pick-up your order. If you do not pick up your order within the 1 business of you being notified, we will be charging a storage fee of C$50 per calendar day. A separate invoice will be issued to you for the storage fee and must be paid in full in person when you pick-up your order before the goods are released.




Where's my order?


You will receive a notification when your shipment has been sent for delivery. While we will be constantly updating you with your order status, you are also welcome to contact us at hello@pacandgo.ca if you have any questions.




What are your lead times?


After the initial design presentation and have received your feedback, the revision and sample printing will take approximately 5 business days to complete. Once this is complete, we will send the printed sample to you for your approval. After the approval, the printing and production time will take approximately 10-14 days. Once the shipment is ready, we will be contacting you to coordinate delivery or pick up. Please visit our online store to view your options.

Are these food trays reheatable in the oven and/or microwave?


Yes! Our recyclable CPET food trays can definitely be reheatable in the oven and microwave. It is suitable to be heated at up to +425°F (+220°C).




My municipality cannot recycle black plastic. Now what?


Our goal is to offer clients the food trays that work with their operations and balance well with their sustainability framework. If your municipality does not have the recycling program, or recycle black recyclable plastic, please contact us at hello@pacandgo.ca and we’d be happy to supply you with further information.




Do you offer food trays that are not plastic?


Our goal is to offer customers the food trays that work with their operations and balance well with their sustainability framework. Our food trays are made in Denmark by Faerch, the leader of “circular packaging” and we have plans to expand our offerings in the near future. You may certainly contact us if you are interested in purchasing other food trays that are compatible with our tray sealer. Please be prepared to meet the minimum quantity required and budget a longer wait time since it is a special order.

What is CPET?


Crystallized polyethylene terephthalate (CPET) is a variation of standard PET which has been crystallized for heat resistance, rigidity, and toughness. CPET is a translucent or opaque material which can be manufactured in a range of colors to meet your merchandising needs. After being crystallized, CPET can withstand temperatures from -40°F (–40°C) all the way up to 425°F (+220°C). This makes it ideal for processor and food service oven-ready and microwave usage, especially for freezer-to-oven and freezer-to-microwave product applications. As with other PET materials, CPET is #1 recyclable, and its properties make it ideal for a range of demanding food and beverage packaging applications.
